Creating Beautiful Ceremony Settings Since 2024

Established in 2024, Lux Aisles was created from two ideas that had stayed with its founders for years.

After attending many weddings, they felt the powerful symbolic nature of the ceremony, and particularly the life changing moment of walking down the aisle, deserved to be more distinct.

The second inspiration came much earlier, during a walk along a beach access on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast in 2016. An erosion control walkway had been installed over the sand, with a fabric or canvas surface over a rubber backing.

Walking on it was completely different to walking on the hot sand. It felt soft, cool, grippy and stable underfoot, while still allowing the experience of being outdoors and surrounded by nature.

That combination of the outdoors and a luxury experience underfoot stayed with them.

Years later, those two ideas came together in Lux Aisles. A business created to make one of the most meaningful parts of a wedding ceremony feel more special, while giving couples a beautiful, stable and luxurious surface designed for outdoor settings.

Lux Aisles is built around creating ceremony settings that feel complete, coordinated and worthy of the occasion.

Colour, proportion, layout and presentation all matter. The goal is not simply to place hire items into a space, but to create a setting where the individual elements work together visually and complement the location, flowers and overall wedding style.

We also consider the practical side of the ceremony. Outdoor weddings can bring uneven ground, sand, changing weather and access challenges, so every setup needs to work as well as it looks.

That balance between presentation and practicality is an important part of the Lux Aisles approach. The ceremony should look beautiful, but it should also give the couple confidence that everything has been properly considered.
